You´ll work with your Hyfe colleagues to build and maintain strong relationships with researchers, key opinion leaders, and industry partners, supporting early conversations, preparing scientific context, and helping turn interest into long-term collaborations.

Build and maintain target lists across academia, pharma, and CROs
Support outreach and early conversations with researchers and partners
Prepare background research, briefs, decks, and proposals for meetings
Join partnership calls with senior team members; support early opportunity qualification

Over time, you’ll take ownership of academic and early research partnerships.

Strong written and verbal communication
Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Motivated, curious, and comfortable working with autonomy
